Gravel Audio
Refund policy
Last updated October 18, 2026
Every paid Gravel Audio plugin has a free, full 3-day trial, so you can make sure it works on your computer and in your DAW before you pay. Because of that, purchases are final — with the exceptions below, which we always honor.
Try first
Download any paid plugin from its page and use it fully for 3 days from the first time you load it — no key or card needed. Please test it on the computer and in the DAW you plan to use. Ash is free and needs no key.
When you get a full refund
Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full if:
- It won’t run on your system and we can’t fix it — for example, the plugin doesn’t load in a supported DAW on a supported operating system. We’ll try to sort it out first; if we can’t, you get your money back.
- You were charged twice or bought something you already own (for example, a plugin you then also got in the Everything bundle).
- You didn’t make the purchase (an unauthorized charge).
What isn’t refundable
- Changing your mind after buying, since the free trial is there to decide.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Problems caused by an unsupported operating system or host that isn’t listed on the product page.
How to ask
Email vilbrh@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, what you bought, and what went wrong (your operating system, DAW and any error message help). We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Refunds go back to your original payment method; banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them. When a purchase is refunded, its license key is no longer licensed for use.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. See also our Terms.
