Metal Vocal Bus
ANVIL
Drive, mid push, de-harsh, mono low, and a soft ceiling — the metal vocal bus after the scream.

Hear it
One growl, mix-ready
A Gravel growl (Cinder voice) through Anvil’s Hardcore Bus preset: driven, pushed in the mids, harshness tamed. Flip between them while it plays.
HARDCORE BUS
Anvil · Hardcore Bus preset
The developer’s growled take from Track 3, converted by Gravel (Cinder voice, Growl), then run through Anvil with nothing else added. Levels are matched so no version wins by being louder. Hold to hear it before Anvil.
Interface
Dark or light, your call
Anvil has the same DARK / LIGHT switch as the rest of the Gravel Audio plugins, and remembers what you picked.

- Drive into a soft waveshape for grit without a separate saturator
- Mid push + de-harsh dip for metal vocal presence, mono low + ceiling for control
- Six presets: Hardcore Bus, Death Wall, Smooth Grit, Shriek Tamer and more
FAQ
Anvil questions
Can I try it before I buy?+
Yes. Download it and it runs fully for 3 days from the first time you load it — no key, no card. The license panel shows how much time is left. After that, buy a key and paste it in to keep going.
What is Anvil?+
Anvil is a metal vocal bus: drive, mid weight, a de-harsh dip, mono low end, and a soft ceiling. Put it on the scream group after Gravel, Ash, or Bedrock.
Typical order?+
Source → Gravel (optional) → Ash or Bedrock → Anvil on the bus. Anvil is the last polish before the mix bus — not a convert engine.
What do the knobs do?+
Drive saturates. Mid pushes ~1.2 kHz body. De-Harsh dips harsh 4–6 kHz. Mono Low collapses sub/low content to center. Ceiling soft-clips peaks. Mix and Output finish the blend.
Formats?+
VST3 on Windows and Mac, AU on Mac. After the free trial, buy an ANVL key here and paste it into the plugin.
Anvil vs Bedrock?+
Bedrock is a full eight-module scream chain. Anvil is a focused bus processor for drive, mid, harsh control, and low mono — fewer knobs, mix-ready.
GarageBand or Logic asks to lower security settings. Should I?+
Yes. Those apps come from the Mac App Store, so the first time either one loads one of these plugins, macOS asks to lower that app’s security settings. Click Lower Security Settings and enter your Mac password. It asks once per app, then remembers. FL Studio and REAPER do not show this prompt.
Is there a bundle?+
Yes — Everything gets you Gravel, Bedrock and Anvil keys (plus Ash, which is free) for $43.99, less than buying them one by one.
